Pros

Mria CRM makes communication tracking and follow-ups much more efficient and structured.We have used these platforms for multiple clients

Cons

Some advanced features require a short learning curve to fully understand.Its ease of use and well-structured workflow system make daily operations much easier.

Great support, promising product. Free for small teams of up to 10 people. Easy to navigate, no need to check the guidelines.

Pros

Mria CRM integrates seamlessly with Jira, making it easy for our team to adopt. The processes of lead creation and deal conversion are straightforward, and managing sales and customer data directly within Jira has streamlined our workflow. This is a well-designed tool that continues to evolve, and we highly recommend it.

Cons

No mass import yet ready, no mass email campaign connector available. Still on the early developing stage.
