Pros We use BitHide across a few client projects where crypto payments are involved, and it's been very dependable. The ability to separate wallets per client or engagement makes things much easier to manage and explain during reviews. Cons The reporting works well for our needs, though having a bit more flexibility in how reports are customized would be useful. It's not something that slows us down, but we've had to export data a few times for specific requests. It's best suited for teams that work with crypto constantly and are ready to invest some time into setup in exchange for better control and cleaner operations later. Pros We use BitHide to automate almost all crypto operations. Before that many things was manual and split between different tools, now everything is in one place and much easier to control. We can separate flows by wallets and track all transactions in reports. Also we save a lot on USDT TRC-20 fees. It's nice that you can integrate swap and AML providers inside, so no need jumps between services. Cons Minus for us - no full mobile app yet, only Telegram bot for notifications. It handles the messy stuff without breaking or turning into a disaster. It is a grown-up, professional tool that actually stands up to what our business needs. Pros The automatic TRON fee savings really helped our USDT margins. Even our \[sensitive content hidden\] was impressed. I love the role-based access because it keeps everyone in their lane. The audit trails are clear, which honestly helps the whole reporting team sleep much better at night. Also, that Reuters mention actually made our banking partners take us seriously for once. Cons Building a complex payout setup is not a walk in the park. We definitely hit a learning curve at the start while trying to get everything configured right. Also, we didn't trust the solution that much at the very beginning but later saw that Reuters mention and decided to give it a shot.
