My overall experience with JasAI has been very positive. Their Customer Success team is excellent and helped us during onboarding from the first day. The onboarding process was fast, smooth, and professional. The platform is stable, scalable, and provides great value for businesses looking to automate customer communication with AI.

Pros

JasAI offers very high-quality infrastructure at a really competitive price. I especially liked the strong security features, reliability, and the ability to connect different systems easily. The MCP connection helps me centralize and access all my data efficiently, which saves a lot of operational time.

Cons

The platform has many advanced features, so there can be a small learning curve at the beginning. Some integrations and MCP connections could be explained with more documentation for first-time users, although the support team is very responsive and helpful when needed.
