Every email from our customers now receives a response, which addresses the most significant issue we previously faced with Gmail and other solutions.

Pros

What we value most is the ability to collaborate with colleagues on a single email, allowing us to craft the best possible response and provide the highest level of support to our customers. Supportbox also offers us an all-in-one solution, including AI chat, telephone management, and, naturally, email ticketing.

Cons

The app's design feels a bit outdated, but from what I understand, a redesign is in progress. We are overall satisfied.

I use SupportBox on a daily basis. I handle our customers’ inquiries there together with my colleagues. Within SupportBox, we can categorize and assign queries to each other without needing to be in the same office. SupportBox is very clear and easy to navigate, and I found it intuitive right from the start.

Pros

The biggest benefit is the ability to handle all customer inquiries for our e-shop from every possible channel (live chat on the website, email, social media etc.). Thanks to the user-friendly interface, it saves us a lot of time.

Cons

I can’t think of anything that doesn’t suit me or that couldn’t be adjusted or customized to match our needs and everyday workflow.
