EasyParty heeft onze bedrijfsvoering echt naar een hoger niveau getild. Vroeger werkten we met allemaal losse planningen, en nu regelen we voorraadbeheer en personeelsplanning gewoon in één keer. We zijn het eerste verhuurbedrijf dat met EasyParty werkt, en we kunnen zeggen dat het echt een goede oplossing is voor bedrijven die zich willen onderscheiden in de verhuur en evenementenbranche.

Pros

Een compleet en flexibel systeem waar voorraadbeheer, offertes, CRM, personeelsplanning en rittenplanning allemaal samenkomen. Er zijn ook hele goede mogelijkheden om dingen op maat te maken, precies wat we nodig hebben met onze flexibele manier van werken. En het team kent de verhuur en evenementenbranche van binnenuit, dus ze komen ook met oplossingen die echt werken in de praktijk.

Cons

De overstap van ons oude systeem moest wel even wennen, maar het EasyParty team heeft ons daar goed doorheen geholpen.

Reasons for choosing EasyParty

Rentman was eigenlijk vooral gericht op verhuurplanning en voorraad, maar wij zochten een systeem waar ook offertes, CRM en personeelsplanning in samenkomen. Dat had EasyParty allemaal wel, en het voelde ook gewoon flexibeler aan voor hoe wij werken in de verhuur en eventbranche. Het EasyParty team kende onze branche bovendien echt goed en dacht actief mee, in plaats van met een standaard oplossing aan te komen.
