It took about 4 weeks to get our entire clinical team trained and on board which is pretty good for 36 providers. Pros My favorite aspect of using the MovementRx platform for RTM in my clinic is the clear increase in engagements that patients are having with their home exercise program. It's amazing! Cons I like least that I didnt start using this platform years ago! We were already doing all the work in our clinic but not getting paid for it. It's a no brainer. Pros The 30 day implementation was as smooth as I could ever have imagined. The team helped us navigate staff training, compliance, documentation, and team buy in. Cons I don't love the pathways that has to be performed from a billing perspective but it is what it is, thats more of an insurance problem. Patients are more like to perform their exercises at home when using the app as they can perform along with the video to make sure they are doing their own tailored videos properly. Pros Ease of use has for patients and for therapists alike. The videos upload immediately and navigating through the menu to find the correct person is made easy. Contacting MRx for any issues has been made easy with email and communication quick. Cons Multiple updates have sometimes slowed down the processing time to load patient names and folders of exercises.
