I found that a 5-minute training session for any size of group does the trick before any sessions with staff that have never used the product before. The customizable names always get a chuckle. The fact that it's Canadian is icing on the cake. Pros It's a great whiteboard tool and supports collaboration with large and small groups. All of its features are intuitive and customer service has been amazing!! Miro isn't a Canadian product. Visio wasn't collaborative and isn't straight forward to learn.
