My overall experience with OXARI Asset Management has been very positive. It's well-organized, making it easy to track and manage IT resources. Integration with OXARI servicedesk is a plus, allowing you to click on a resource and instantly receive information about submitted tickets.

Pros

It presents resources very nicely. You can define categories, which you can then easily assign users and specific devices to. View settings allow you to customize them to your needs.

Cons

The time it takes for assets to appear after installing the IT Manager client can sometimes be as long as 10 minutes, which is a bit inconvenient.
