Our sales and operations team both can agree that TechOMS has been a great asset to our company. It has increased both operational efficiency and customer reach

Pros

The convivence that it provides to both our customers as well as our operations team. It allows us to work with our customers as one smooth operation

Cons

At the beginning the connections that it offer were a bit limited and not meeting all customers requirements but that was rapidly resolved.

Once the initial hurdle of setting up data mappings and mastering the interface is cleared, the platform handles heavy order volumes smoothly and reliably automates routing decisions across different warehouse locations. While the onboarding phase can be quite frustrating due to a steep learning curve and sparse documentation, the long-term payoff in operational efficiency, reduced manual intervention, and minimized shipping errors makes it an invaluable asset for scaling a supply chain.

Pros

What stands out most about techOMS is its incredibly powerful and flexible rules engine. The ability to map complex reference fields dynamically from various sales channels straight to a warehouse management system (WMS) without requiring custom code or IT intervention completely changes the workflow. It acts as a seamless, plug-and-play bridge that eliminates manual data entry, cuts down on picking errors, and automates multi-location routing based on custom criteria like real-time stock levels or transit times. This level of automation provides peace of mind that operations will remain accurate and uninterrupted, even during peak fulfillment volumes

Cons

It's a great addition to our system, and I am satisfied with the TD team. I am still learning all the ins and outs of it, but overall, I am happy.

Pros

I like having more access to the things going on behind the scenes to fix any issues that arise myself. Customer support has always been great, and the Tech Dinamics team has always helped me with anything I am unable to solve myself.

Cons

Being a long-time user of your tech, it was a bit of an adjustment getting used to the newer interfaces, but overall, you have all been very great with training and helping us adjust to the new programs.

techOMS has helped us help our E-Com Customers by making the order flow extremely convenient and efficient

There needs to be more plugin features. There are so many platforms out their that customers use but not all are covered
