I am still learning all the ins and outs of it, but overall, I am happy. Pros I like having more access to the things going on behind the scenes to fix any issues that arise myself. Customer support has always been great, and the Tech Dinamics team has always helped me with anything I am unable to solve myself. Cons Being a long-time user of your tech, it was a bit of an adjustment getting used to the newer interfaces, but overall, you have all been very great with training and helping us adjust to the new programs.
