Our experience has been solid so far. We needed a way to cut down response times and stop answering the same questions every day, and it’s doing exactly that. It’s freed us up to focus on the more important customer issues. Once get it configured, it just works.

Pros

The bot actually follows the context of the conversation and takes care of the repetitive questions that used to eat up our team's morning. I like that we can jump in as humans if a chat gets too complicated. It’s been great for keeping things organized without needing a full time tech person to manage it

Cons

The interface takes a few minutes to get used to there’s definitely a bit of a learning curve at first.

I started using AskYura to reduce repetitive customer support work, and it delivered exactly that. What stood out is that AskYura doesn’t feel like a “generic chatbot.” It understands conversation context well enough to handle tagging, routing, and summaries without constant supervision.

Pros

Simple to set up compared to most AI chatbot my team have used. It also works well for real customer conversations, not just FAQs

Cons

Advanced customization may require some initial learning, but the UI/UX is clear so perhaps people just need around 5-7 mins on the dashboard then they will know how to use the AI tools.
