We started with a basic need (replace our paper business cards) but ended up using it for much more — events, marketing campaigns, even on our shop window. What I appreciate is that the platform is stable, the QR codes always work, and when something is unclear the support team responds quickly. Apple Wallet feature was the main reason we choose them in the begining and it still works perfect. For the price and features, I think it's one of the best options out there, especially if you want a tool that grows with your needs. Pros The thing I liked most is that you can update the information behind the QR code anytime, without changing the code itself. So if our phone number or website changes, we don't print everything again — we just update from the panel. Apple Wallet integration is also a big plus. Customers add our digital card to their Wallet and it stays there, always accessible. We didn't see this work so smoothly on other tools. Panel is easy to manage, you don't need to be a tech person to use it. Cons Honestly not many big issues. Sometimes I wish there were more design templates to choose from when customizing the QR codes. Also mobile app would be nice to have, currently I do most things from the web panel which works fine but a dedicated app would be useful when I'm not at the office.
