It's been great. Using Heyo has actually converted a customer that was browsing our website to a paying customer. We get the chance to be proactive and show that we are humans behind the software - which I believe is a competitive advantage in the age of AI slop.

Pros

I was looking for a lightweight chat functionality to make our team more available to customers, and Heyo was the perfect choice. Really easy to implement and easy to use. Talking with your customers is the most important thing any founder does. This has allowed us to talk with our customers more frequently, and proactively chat with leads visiting our website. Our team gets notified when someone visits our pricing page and onboarding page, and can proactively reach out. I had a question when implementing the software, and it was (of course) aswered in their live chat - dogfooding Heyo. Great customer support.

Cons

I can't find something that I don't like. I wanted a lightweight solution for human chat without feature bloat - and this fit the bill.

I heard really good things about Heyo on X, and were convinced by how lightweight and easy to implement it seemed. The price is also very good and there is ONLY useful features. This is a very targeted product without feature bloat.
