We’ve been using Dalil AI CRM for several months now, and it has quickly become a core tool for our sales operations. Our team of 12 users adopted it very fast, and the impact was almost immediate. Thanks to Dalil AI, we achieved more sales and higher sales reps efficiency, mainly by removing a lot of manual work and giving the team much better visibility on what to do next. The features that really made the difference for us were AI insights and next steps and automating CRM updates via WhatsApp messages. Sales reps no longer need to manually update the CRM after every interaction—conversations are captured automatically, and the AI suggests clear follow-ups and priorities. This alone saved hours every week and significantly improved data accuracy. Dalil AI feels built for how sales teams actually work today, especially for teams that rely heavily on messaging. The interface is intuitive, adoption was smooth, and the value was clear from day one. Highly recommended for any sales team looking to modernize their CRM, improve execution, and drive real results.

I’ve been using Dalil AI at CoreFlow Studio as a solo user, and it has significantly improved the way I manage my CRM and sales activities. Even as a one-person team, Dalil AI helped me achieve increased conversion rates and smarter decision making, by keeping everything structured and actionable. Instead of spending time manually updating my CRM or wondering what to do next, Dalil AI guides me clearly and helps me stay focused on the right priorities.

Pros

What I appreciate the most is the ease of use combined with AI insights and next steps. The tool feels intuitive and doesn’t add friction to my daily workflow. It’s especially valuable as a solo founder, because it acts like a smart assistant that keeps the CRM organized and suggests the right actions at the right time.

Cons

As a solo user, I sometimes wish there were more ready-made templates or examples tailored specifically for one-person businesses. That said, the product is evolving fast and the support team is very responsive.
