It truly feels like set-it-and-forget-it software. Once it’s running, it handles hiring efficiently and consistently without constant oversight. Pros What I like most is that I no longer have to chase candidates or ask when they can come in. The entire scheduling and interview process is automated, which saves a huge amount of time and frustration. Cons The only thing I would like to see added is onboarding functionality. Having tools to help train and guide new hires after they’re hired would make the platform even stronger. Also, the customer service from the SorsX team has been impeccable. Pros The product is really easy to use. Additionally, the AI interviewer and scorer are a huge help and time saver for recruiting. Cons The one downside is that it currently does not allow us to post directly to job boards. This would remove one more step from our process.
