## What is QXR?

QxControl is a video surveillance and access control software platform combining security monitoring functions in a browser-based interface. It operates on any internet-connected device via Progressive Web App technology, removing the need for dedicated applications. QxControl features a drag-and-drop interface for creating customized views that merge video feeds with access control events for better situational awareness. The platform includes clip-based search, credential management tools, and remote door control. Storage is managed through cloud-connected gateways with external cloud storage options. Its open architecture integrates with various IP cameras, door controllers, and analytics solutions. QxControl supports multi-site management with a hierarchical structure for organizing locations and includes a rules engine for configuring notifications based on video, access, and system health events.
