I highly recommend using their support team for deployment. Totally worth the switch to end the yearly tax panic. Pros Their AI assistant. It helps plan rent raises and has been super useful to make sure we don’t lose customers when we do. The system is 5-star easy to use, rent tracking is great, and support helped set up my iSmartGate. Cons The value for money is just okay which stings a little, but the time saved is huge. Maintenance management is also pretty basic, nothing special. Switched from [Binder](https://www.capterra.com/p/10002101/Binder/) I had no software before this. Just my a notebook that never stayed updated. I needed something to help with accounting because tax season was turning into a nightmare every year. It solved my biggest problem (overly complicated tasks) and the support team is basically a free assistant. I've only used it for less than six months, but I'm already way less stressed. I'd absolutely recommend making the switch. Pros It’s ease of use, and the instant setup, which was a huge relief. The support team is incredible, too. They basically act like a firewall, catching all those dumb little questions I used to get, so now I actually get to clock out and relax after work. I'm especially loving the electronic signatures and how slick the work order management is it’s perfect for running the facility. Cons The pricing is fair, but it's not like they're giving it away. Still I would say landlord is worth the cost. The call center here has been a lifesaver, they pick up all the small questions I used to get at the worst times. I actually get to relax after work now. Pros Saved me so much time. There were so many manual process that I eliminated from my workflow that I don’t think any other provider could have accomplished. Cons Can’t think of any. At this point I’m just writing out a sentence to cover for the fact the minimum character requirement. Getting set up was way easier than I thought, and now the system handles so much stuff for me, especially the rent tracking and electronic signatures, which have been perfect. For a one-person show like mine, this was a massive upgrade and totally worth it. I'd definitely recommend it. Pros The setup was a total breeze. I was using spreadsheets and sticky notes before this, so I was terrified of switching, but it wasn't scary at all. Cons It's a little nitpicky, but the pricing is just 'okay' compared to other stuff out there. And the only features that feel a little basic are the maintenance tracking; it works, but it’s not the star of the show. I wish that that part was a bit stronger.
