Pros

Technical supporting team is responsive, helpful and valuable in discussing the issues, offering solutions and implementing the changes.

Cons

The system should allow users to generate reports based on selected information types and existing data, design reports directly within the platform, and save them as templates for future use.

Pros

I like HR Forte because it is very user friendly and can be set up easily. It also has all the features for an efficient and effective payroll system.

Cons

Onky the color orange because its the same as Shopee but other than that, I like everyhting about HR Forte.

Good for using in basic needs. I feel satisfied with the current version, of course that I hope it can be improved more better and have more function in the future.

Pros

Receive fast support from admin team when meet bugs or difficulties in using. Easy to log in and change between multiple clients. Calculate payroll fast.

Cons

The form of payslip which will be applied from Jan 2026 is not easy for employees to check, it looks not so clearly. Besides that, we also can't choose which elements should not be shown accordingly.

The team is highly supporting when we meet issue or don't know how to use the function on HR Forte The interface is good to looking and finding function Fast logging-in

Cons

Sometime there is limit on what the software can do in preparing payroll report, such as the exported report sometime does not look good and show enough information

Good. Sometime there are bugs but they have been fixed immediately by the admin, so that I still feel satisfied about it.

Easy to use. Support user on time. Good user interface. Easy to log-in and change company for user when doing task
