Es una herramienta que no sólo sirve para firmar documentos, sino que es una solución integral que automatiza todo el ciclo de vida de los contratos: desde la creación y aprobación hasta la firma, el seguimiento y la renovación, todo con trazabilidad y control. Me gusta mucho la integración de funcionalidades como firma digital con validez NOM-151, verificación de identidad (KYC/KYB), background check y automatización mediante inteligencia artificial, porque eso me ayuda a reducir riesgos y optimizar tiempos en cada proceso. Es muy fácil centralizar la información y mantener visibilidad sobre obligaciones, vencimientos y versiones de los contratos, evitando procesos manuales y mejorando la colaboración entre las áreas jurídica, comercial, compras, recursos humanos y finanzas. Me gusta mucho en verdad la recomiendo para cualquier empresa o despacho, les aseguro que les va ahorrar muchos problemas en muchos sentidos. Por último quiero destacar los tiempos de respuesta, aquí me resuelven cualquier problema en un lapso de tiempo muy corto. Pros Es una aplicación configurable que permite amoldarse a los procesos de la empresa, dando trasabilidad a los procesos contractuales. Cons Que como todo, al ser una aplicación configurable tiene un proceso de implementación, pero se atraviesa de forma rápida, tambien habrá que entender el proceso de resstencia al cambio de los colaboradores, pero es muy bueno.
