I also do not like that if you place a key back and do not realize it's the wrong hook, it messes the whole system up. I also like how easy it is to gain access to keys and return keys while keeping things organized. It is user friendly to do audits and pull tracking logs. Cons I dislike that the newer key tags are made with a thinner plastic. The barcodes don't scan on the first swipe. I think all apartment complexes should use them. I feel secure about their ability to hold them. Pros Super easy to pull keys, we also have had no malfunctions. The online backup is also a great feature just in case. Cons The version that does not have a thumbprint is way more difficult. Punching in credentials every time is not efficient.
