So far my staff at PPI are happy with the system, and its fit for purpose since it has been design with the end user in mind.

Pros

When I started BENQORE I was running Project Partnerz Institute (Pty)Ltd. and I struggled to find systems that spoke and responded to my budget and needs all these multi-national big players all they cared about was money. so for PPI to continue to grow I needed CRM, Accounting System, Payroll, and LMS. so I decided to start BENQORE and developed the systems I needed for PPI and then i commercialized them. we are using the CRM which comes with a built in accounting system at the fraction of the cost which we would have paid the so could big players.

Cons

BENQORE is still a small and fast growing company responding to the needs of SMMEs globally. it still has a room for improvement to be the leader in the market. so far payroll and accounting are in 2 separate systems which we will integrate in the future
