Overall it’s been a reliable dialer that’s easy for agents and managers to use day to day. It’s been smooth and stable, and we’ve had good visibility into performance with the built-in KPIs. Highly recommended.

Pros

EnrollHere is very intuitive and easy to manage. Agents pick it up quickly with minimal training which is very helpful at scale. The UI is clean and performance has been solid. Webhooks made it easy to integrate into our stack. I also like that it includes a lead marketplace and integrated KPIs.

Cons

Hard to point out any real cons. The only thing I’d mention is there’s a lot of flexibility in the setup, so it can take a minute to understand all the options at first. Once you’re set up and running, it’s very smooth and stable. Overall we’ve been really happy with it and would recommend it.

My experience with EnrollHere has been overwhelmingly positive. I genuinely could not imagine running my business without it.

Pros

EnrollHere is more than a dialer, it provides us with critical data and insight into my business that allows us to make crucial decisions.

Cons

There’s not much to complain about to be honest. Like any tech platform, there are occasional tech issues, all of which are quickly resolved by the tech team.

Absolutely blown away with what the team has done! \[sensitive content hidden\] and the rest of you all have been absolute life savers!

Pros

EnrollHere has many features, all which make a pivotal impact in our agencies success. The most important feature and naturally what I enjoy the most is the abundant data tracking provided to us. The platform does an exceptional job at providing all the required and necessary data needed to run an agency and ensure profitability.

Cons

This is a dream wish item, one I’ve brought up in the past. Having a live earnings tracker for agents would be nice to see. Not necessary but I find this type of gamification can increase production across an agency.

Really good, would recommend to any insurance call center. It will likely cost more than your current system but the efficiency will outweigh that

Pros

Increasing sales agent efficiency and drastic increase in reporting. We need less management now due to the platform self policing agents

Cons

Nothing currently, had a problem with numbers showing as spam initially but it has been fixed and working well.
