It’s been smooth and stable, and we’ve had good visibility into performance with the built-in KPIs. Highly recommended. Pros EnrollHere is very intuitive and easy to manage. Agents pick it up quickly with minimal training which is very helpful at scale. The UI is clean and performance has been solid. Webhooks made it easy to integrate into our stack. I also like that it includes a lead marketplace and integrated KPIs. Cons Hard to point out any real cons. The only thing I’d mention is there’s a lot of flexibility in the setup, so it can take a minute to understand all the options at first. Once you’re set up and running, it’s very smooth and stable. Overall we’ve been really happy with it and would recommend it.
