Interface is very easy to use, So far good. Easy to set up, easy to use daily, and it handles my repair workflow without any fuss. Happy with the switch

Pros

Customer Support is Always available for Help, I am only using it for managing repairs. So far going really well. Covers all of my needs.

Cons

Overall my experience is Good but Lesser third-party integrations but not a dealbreaker for me at the moment.
