Vibe has made our daily retail operations so much more organized now. Vibe focuses on the real operational boosters that help a growing business instead of focussing on great aesthetics like many POS. It has provided great value to our workflow with their reporting capabilities and inventory management. Using the dashboard that we frequently use for purchasing and store planning, we can now have more accurate inventory and actionable insights. In addition, the seamless integration with Shopify ensures easy management of stock visibility on our online and physical channels.

Pros

The onboarding was an experience we loved very much. We moved our products and pricing in a systematic manner, resulting in minimal implementation friction. Their speed in configuring our workflows was boosted by the help team’s assistance. It simplifies all the complex Business tasks without adding extra.

Cons

While the performance is broadly manageable, it would help if the advanced report filters and dashboard customization features were more flexible. The backend configurations can be slightly tricky, so mobile admin tools can assist you with basic configurations like adding students or changing class timings. We've also seen tiny, intermittent slips during big inventory syncs.

During my tenure as the head of retail operations, I faced a major challenge in creating uniformity in the performance of our stores. Before we used Vibe, my reports were based on disparate tools and manual data integration that took a long time, and often became obsolete before they reached my desk. Vibe transformed the dynamic by offering real-time visibility of store operations. As a result, it has brought our field teams and head office closer. It helps every store manager in being aligned with operational goals.

Pros

The main advantage is real-time data insights, which enable us to quickly modify operational strategies to improve store performance. For our retail employees, the platform UI is surprisingly easy to use. This greatly shortened the onboarding process, which worried us. Additionally, the support staff is always on the lookout and, at times, I'm convinced they anticipate when we will require a customized report.

Cons

Move forward along the curve with applications requests. Although the mobile app is functional, some features for field managers could use more depth. And the web app lacks user automation. As of now, the deep-dive reporting tools are more suited for desktops than mobile devices. New members sometimes face a small learning curve with the more advanced analytics modules from time to time.

We used to struggle to keep online store and physical retail operations synchronised. Inventory mismatches and manual updates often created operational delays. After using Vibe Retail, centralised inventory management was achieved, resulting in improved stock visibility and reduced reconciliation time. The automatic synchronisation of online and in-store sales data through Shopify integration has reduced the issue of duplicate inventory. As staff onboarding has become easier, training time has also been reduced. Overall operations have become much more streamlined and the store management team is able to make decisions faster.

Pros

The major plus point which we got was handling online and offline store operations together in a much better way. Although we were already using Shopify POS, we found ourselves going through many manual workarounds to get the multi-location retail workflow working. Vibe Retail’s inventory sync was a lot more reliable and the Shopify integration was stable. The implementation of customer profiles, barcode scanning, and reporting features help in making daily operations smoother. Specifically, the onboarding process was easier than we’d expected. After the product migration, there was minimal disruption as the pricing information and historic sales data were imported successfully. Training staff was easy, so the team adopted quickly.

Cons

It would be better if some advanced reporting filters were more customisable. Although the mobile admin interface is good overall, some configurations are more convenient in the desktop version. There is sometimes a slight delay during peak inventory sync, although it has not caused any major issues in daily operations.

Previously, it took time to manufacture inventory at our different store locations and it was common to have a stock mismatch. After implementing Vibe Retail, centralized inventory visibility has made restocking and transfer management much easier. Shopify Integration has reduced the problems of duplicate inventory by syncing online and in-store sales. Reporting helps the dashboard management team quickly analyze sales trends and product performance, allowing operational decisions to be taken quickly.

Pros

After using Vibe Retail in our retail operation, inventory and store management have become much more organised. In particular, multi-location inventory tracking and Shopify integration have greatly helped us manage our online and offline sales together. Stock accuracy has improved a lot due to the barcode scanning and real-time reporting features. In addition, the UI was quite clean and new staff onboarding was relatively easy. Promotions, loyalty programmes and receipt customisation features have helped increase customer engagement.

Cons

It would have been nice if some advanced reporting options were more customizable. System response was sometimes slightly slower during large inventory sinks, especially during peak sales hours. The mobile interface is good overall, but some admin settings were more optimized in desktop version. Also, the initial configuration of the third-party integration setup was slightly technical.

As a result of using Vibe Retail, our brick-and-mortar operation is now much more organised, staff training has become easier, and long-standing workarounds have been permanently resolved.

Pros

Vibe Retail is doing an excellent job for the operation of our physical store. Its onboarding process, product migration and historical data transfer were far more perfect than we expected. At the same time, the real-time inventory sync with our online Shopify store and the ability to use customer profile data have made our work much easier.

Cons

The software is quite powerful and feature-rich, but it took us some time initially to customise some elements of the customer-facing display or interface. In addition, the reporting dashboard takes a few more seconds to load when working with large files or a lot of data.

We faced challenges due to an ill-coordinated process for publishing internal metrics and system announcements. We saved over 5 hours configuring dashboards manually every week because of Vibe Retail’s entire communication workflow.

Pros

Zapier is a great automation tool. Through this system, we can sync and push real-time internal updates to our screens in the facility without developers having to do it, saving our admin team hours of doing so manually.

Cons

While the digital signage shows pretty good performance, the built-in media editor could make stronger use of typography and connection to mainstream asset management tools.

At the office, we have many charts, slides and software dashboards. But updating them on a constant basis was difficult and time-consuming. Vibe Retail solved this issue by automating the flow of content to office displays.

Pros

Earlier, it was not easy to opt for the event management option. For instance, the parts that were being joined before the test was a hard process. My team is always looking for something which is convenient and easy.

Cons

Although the platform is powerful, the integrated media editor does not provide design templates. While you can manage the fundamentals, there are times when I need to use a design tool for fancier layouts.

In the past, stock transfer data between stores did not match. Is it still happening? With Vibe, we have automated our whole chain of inventory. We are capable of managing stock effectively now.

Pros

The ability to receive real-time stock updates from multiple warehouses and stores is the most useful feature for us. It is now much easier to track variations based on product size and color. As a result, we do not encounter any errors when transferring stock.

Cons

Because the software has so many features, the performance of the mobile app can sometimes feel a bit slow, especially when a lot of data is loaded at once. The app's user interface (UI) needs to be more streamlined.

We primarily migrated here from Lightspeed. Our main concern was migrating product data, customer records and purchase history. Vybe Retail's onboarding team helped us complete the entire process extremely smoothly, ensuring that there was no disruption to our business operations. We now have more robust inventory control and accurate reporting capabilities. All in all, it has made our retail operations more streamlined and time-efficient.

Pros

The most powerful aspects of Vibe Retail are its inventory management and its ability to operate across multiple locations. For retail operators like us, its interface is very user-friendly, which meant that cashiers and other staff had no trouble at all learning to use it. What's more, their Shopify integration is excellent; it has made the process of synchronising online and in-store inventory much more seamless. The process of generating reports is also much simpler and more efficient than on our previous platform.

Cons

We have no major complaints about the software's performance or features. However, after the onboarding period, regular support may occasionally take a little longer. It would also be beneficial to have some minor customisation options for the user interface (UI), which could be useful for certain types of retail set-ups. However, these issues have not caused any major disruption to our day-to-day operations.

Good experience overall. It’s simple, works as expected, and helped me stay more organized. No major issues so far.

Pros

We ran our boutique on Lightspeed for three years and the price hikes just never stopped. Switched to Vibe Retail about six months ago and it's been night and day. The inventory system handles our variants (color, size, style) without any workarounds, and the built-in loyalty program means I'm not paying a third-party app another $80 a month just to reward my regulars.

Cons

The onboarding team imported all our product data and customer history in a single afternoon. My staff was trained and processing transactions the same day. Support is genuinely reachable by phone and they pick up fast. For any boutique owner tired of being nickel-and-dimed, Vibe is the move.

I'm thankful that we have them as our POS provider I really feel that our business has been growing since we started with Vibe due to accurate inventory and reporting we can be on top of our game ensuring we always have stock

Pros

The ability to be in my store without being there physically was a game changer for me I can check inventory and sales on the go work from home with ease and have a real feel of what's going

Cons

No software is perfect but they are very close to being that from sales to support they are attentive and really really care about our business

The ease of use and going from pen and paper to a POS was a breeze, as well their reporting is top notch we now know when we need to replenish stock as well as having a clear vision of what is happening in my business

It was a learning curve but they were with us every step of the way we don't have any major or non major issues with the system it was more about us learning

Vibe solves the lack of control around inventory tracking and reordering. It eliminates guesswork, reduces shortages and emergency orders, and keeps jobs from getting delayed due to missing parts. Overall, it’s made inventory management more reliable and efficient.

Pros

Vibe gives us clear visibility into inventory levels and usage, which makes ordering far more predictable. Instead of guessing or manually tracking parts, we know what’s on hand and what needs to be reordered before it becomes a problem. It fits well into a fast-paced environment where inventory moves constantly.

Cons

So far all is going well. its only been a few months so far but my team gets how it all works and so do i.

Overall, Vibe Retail has been a solid POS for our business. It handles inventory, pricing, and customer management in a clear and organized way, which has made day to day operations more efficient. The system supports both retail and wholesale workflows, and reporting gives us good visibility into sales and inventory. There is a short learning curve at the beginning, but once set up, it’s reliable and easy to use.
