Dejé de saltar entre herramientas. Antes extraía en un lado, pegaba en un chat de IA para resumir, pegaba en Word para dar formato. Ahora las herramientas de IA están dentro del editor. La que más uso es el resumen en modo ejecutivo y corto; recibo un informe de cliente de treinta páginas escaneadas y en un minuto sé si necesito leerlo completo o no. Antes eso me costaba media mañana. La función de convertir formato es la que no vi venir. Puedes tomar el texto extraído y pedirle que lo convierta en newsletter, en email, en publicación para redes o en texto publicitario, eligiendo el tono. Tomé el informe interno de un cliente y salieron el borrador de la newsletter y cuatro publicaciones, del mismo documento, en una sola sesión. No es publicable tal cual, hay que editarlo un poco, según tu necesidad, pero pasar de página en blanco a borrador con la información correcta ya adentro es más de la mitad del trabajo. Pros Lo que más agradezco es dejar de andar saltando entre pestañas. Antes extraía en un lado, pegaba en otro para resumir y en otro más para darle formato. Ahora todo pasa en la misma pantalla. Un informe de treinta páginas escaneadas que antes me costaba media mañana, hoy lo resuelvo en un minuto. It’s reliable, easy to use, and it turns documents that normally take forever into organized, usable data in minutes. Definitely worth it if you deal with receipts, invoices, or paperwork regularly. Pros Super fast extraction, clean output, and it saves a ton of manual data entry. The interface is simple and it actually understands real-world receipts/invoices (even when they’re not perfect). Cons I’d love a few more export and customization options (more templates / field-mapping) for different bookkeeping workflows. Pros The feature that I liked the most was the Accounting reports, as it allowed me to upload all my receipts and invoices, and extract them in a structured format ready for accounting systems. This was extremely helpful to keep in control my expenses and tax reports. Cons Even though the Image editor is really easy to use, I'd like to see more options to edit images including ai editions.
