Overall, my experience with igicrm has been very positive. It has streamlined our daily operations, improved our follow‑up process, and made customer management much more transparent. The platform is reliable, fast, and supports our workflow without unnecessary complexity. It’s a solid CRM solution that continues to improve over time.

Pros

Very intuitive and easy to navigate. The interface is clean, the workflow is well‑structured, and the system makes it simple to track leads, manage tasks, and follow up with customers

Cons

Haven't experienced any so far. Mobile usability is good, but having a more advanced mobile app would be a nice addition in the future.

great software, and very friendly support. We are saving easily 100 hours a week with it, as our systems and delivery are very complex. With one event, We have no problem now to serve 100 companies at once.

Pros

its super easy to use, well structured, and all parts work with each other. That's really amazing as we have been working with different Systems before. With one click we have everything organized, that's a massive benefit for all. Customer gets an offer, and after conformation all goes to the separate departments, like buying / purchase and production. After the production it moves all to logistics, so We can track the product on its way to our customer. Quality and general feedback to our services are seen in seconds. That is amazing!

Cons

so far nothing. system works very well and when We need support its very speedy available. So nothing so far.

Our recent systems Mouseclick and Bankett Profi, did not perform the way the should. The handling is quite challenging and the pricing is pretty bad compared to igicrm.
