We've been using Lodgestory for about five months now, primarily for customer support and WhatsApp-based sales engagement in the B2B space. Onboarding was straightforward the team was responsive during setup and helped us configure our WhatsApp Business API connection without too much friction. Day-to-day, the unified inbox has cut our average response time significantly because agents aren't switching between tabs constantly. The automation has reduced repetitive workload noticeably. It's a solid platform for a growing business that wants omnichannel communication without paying enterprise pricing. It's not perfect yet some features feel like they're still being refined but the core product works well and the team clearly ships updates regularly.

Pros

Lodgestory has genuinely changed how our team handles customer conversations. Before using it, we were jumping between WhatsApp Business, our email client, Instagram DMs, and a separate SMS tool it was a mess. Having everything land in one unified inbox has been a massive relief. The bot builder is where Lodgestory really shines for us. It's drag-and-drop, visual, and doesn't require you to be a developer to put together solid automated flows. We set up a lead qualification bot for our WhatsApp channel over a weekend, and it was handling inquiries on its own by Monday morning. The AI agents feature is also surprisingly capable we connected it to our product knowledge base and it resolves a good chunk of repetitive questions without agent involvement. The analytics dashboard gives clear visibility into response times and SLA compliance, which helps with team accountability. Pricing is fair for what you get, especially compared to Intercom or Zendesk at similar feature tiers.

Cons

Honestly, it's hard to find much to complain about. The mobile app is already usable but I find myself wanting even more of the desktop experience on the go a sign of how good the desktop version actually is. The support team is so responsive that I rarely need the documentation. If anything, the product is growing so fast that you sometimes wish certain newer features had been there from day one. Minor issues overall, nothing that's been a dealbreaker for our team.
