All our messaging work is centralized in one place, so planning and sending campaigns is fast and consistent. Nothing to complain about. The email platform's deliverability is truly fantastic. We're getting over 99% of our emails delivered, and the same goes for messaging. The dashboard where you can keep everything under control is easy and intuitive to use. On a scale of 1 to 10, it's a 12.

Pros

InTouch is a truly fantastic email and SMS platform. I've used it for SMS marketing and newsletters and found everything to be straightforward, simple, and intuitive to use.

Everything is perfect, it's difficult to say what can be improved on this platform, I don't think anything

è un sistema semplice e intuitivo e l'assistenza è gentile e veloce nella risoluzione dei problemi. Positivo il fatto che le richieste che facciamo vengono prese in considerazione come implementazioni.

Mi piacerebbe una guida accompagnata anche con video esplicativi per le parti più complesse così da poter essere autonoma.

InTouch è un portale web eccellente per la gestione degli SMS: grafica pulita, interfaccia intuitiva e funzioni complete quanto meno per l'utilizzo e le necessità attuali della mia attività. Le statistiche e le verifiche sugli invii SMS dei nostri clienti sono chiare, con dashboard, filtri e report utili. È uno strumento utile soprattutto per attività di controllo e monitoraggio.

Pros

Ha una bella grafica, soprattutto l'ultima versione, ed è intuitiva. I grafici della dashboard danno una sintesi immediata della situazione.

Cons

Nel passato alcune funzioni mancanti che poi sono state integrate. Quindi nulla da segnalare per l'uso che ne faccio.

La possibilità di avere tutto in un'unica piattaforma: SMS, email, RCS. Ma anche la possibilità di impostare automazioni e studiare i report di analisi. Un unico ambiente, chiaro e facile da usare!

La quantità di servizi che offre la piattaforma e la possibilità di poter comunicare con più canali.
