Love to work with it and customer support is great. As Voice Intelligence needs a lot of social coding and finetuning, itellico delivers it.

Pros

So many setup options to fine-tune Voice-AI environments. Reliable and stable server environment builds trust for clients

Cons

Regular new versions sometimes confuse existing skills. However, there are documents to understand the changes.

Als Webdesigner bin ich bei Tools kritisch, was Integration und Look & Feel angeht. itellicoAI hat mich hier positiv überrascht, denn das Widget ist schnell eingebunden, lässt sich gut ans Branding anpassen und wirkt für Besucher durchweg professionell. Die Kombination aus Web-Widget und Telefonie macht das Tool besonders flexibel: Voice lässt sich sowohl auf der Website als auch am Telefon einsetzen, ohne zwei getrennte Systeme verwalten zu müssen. Insgesamt eine runde Lösung für alle, die Voice-KI schnell und sauber produktiv einsetzen wollen."

Pros

itellicoAI ist für mich eine starke Plattform, wenn man Voice-Funktionen sowohl auf der Website als auch über Telefonie nutzen will. Aus Webdesigner-Sicht überzeugt vor allem, wie schnell das Widget sauber läuft und wie gut sich das Erscheinungsbild ans Branding anpassen lässt.

Cons

Noch mehr Vorlagen und Best-Practice-Beispiele für typische Branchen und Szenarien wären wünschenswert.
