Pros

As someone involved at a management level, I like being able to log in and instantly understand what’s going on. I don’t need to chase people or wait for updates anymore. That clarity is valuable

Cons

so far everything was very smooth, only leaving our existing software products took a while but it was worth it. nu bugs or errors encoutered
