Millenium Connect is a practical and user-friendly platform for managing short-term rentals. I especially appreciate the responsive customer support and useful features such as police form management, which is essential for short-term rental operations in Morocco. The platform helps centralize different aspects of property management and saves time on daily operations. However, I would like to see more customization options for automated guest communication. Being able to use prompts or adapt messages more specifically for each property would be a great improvement and would allow for a more personalized and professional guest experience.

Pros

I really appreciate the customer support and the ease of use of the platform. The police form management feature is also very useful and practical for short-term rental operations in Morocco.

Cons

One thing I like less is the guest communication system. I would prefer being able to use prompts or more advanced customization for each property, as it would allow more personalized and automated communication with guests depending on the specific features of each accommodatio

Pros

De pouvoir tout regrouper au même endroit. Et surtout la disponibilité de \[caché sensible contenu\] pour repondre a chaque interrogations ou question.

Cons

Le visuel sur telephone mobile est pas adapté. Également je ne sais pas a quoi servent certains onglets.

L’accompagnement est réactif et au top. Le logiciel n’est pas très difficile à comprendre une fois avoir bien tout compris. Je recommande fortement

J’apprécie le fait Que tout soit regroupé dans un même Channel, crm, fiches de polices, messagerie….

Cons

Il faudrait peut être un peu plus d’explications afin de mieux naviguer rapidement dans le logiciel.

Je suis très satisfaite de MC et de leur accompagnement. En espérant que ça va continuer dans se sens et qu’à terme tous les outils soient centralisés dans cette application

Pros

Le service support qui est tjrs disponible et a l’écoute. Outil qui est en pleine construction et qui s’améliore de jour en jour.

Cons

Je n’ai pas grand chose à dire car je suis satisfaite du produit et du support juste un Manque d’information quand nouvelles fonctions disponibles.
