Using HappyGuest has been a great addition to my workflow. It’s made the process of getting guests to sign rental agreements seamless and professional. What I appreciate most is how clearly everything is explained to guests—especially the option to either place a security deposit or purchase a damage waiver. The way it’s presented really helps ease any concerns, which has led to higher completion rates and less back-and-forth. Overall, it’s saved me time, improved the guest experience, and added a layer of professionalism to my operations. Highly recommend for any STR host looking to streamline their processes.

Pros

The Customer Support is so amazing! They have 3/5 working day office hours to drop in. The workflow and the messaging to the guests has been amazing! I don't get any pushback.

Cons

When funds come into my bank account, I get a little confused on reconciling each upsell for each property.

Really good! It's added another level of protection and security for our properties and puts us in a better position to scale.

Pros

Provides a lot of tools for hosts that we would otherwise have to pay multiple other softwares for. Gives us peace of mind that guests go through another level of verification.

Cons

Wish the UI was a little more professional. It's definitely "cool" and "fun" but the brand doesn't give off the most professional vibe for the more professional hosts.
