It's been good. We look forward to NextGen but until then we are happy with the current product. We would recommend this product to anyone as we've looked at other products but no other products provide the full solution from booking online to dispatch and everything syncs.

Pros

Customer support is great. With the rapidly growing team, they have figured out how to keep their team trained pretty good.

Cons

Not really sure....I LOVE THE PRODUCT!! One thing, we could use some more direct integrations between Boxed Up and Omni-View.

Reasons for choosing Omni~View

No one has the flow down the way Omni does. Oni doesn't just care about the office staff, they make sure the customer can book on their time, and the driver does not have to use some random calendars and email details and pictures to the office only for the office to get it confused with another order and mix it up. One entry so much less chance for error.

I’ve worked with Incisive and OV since 2009, and I continue to recommend them across the industry for countless reasons. The team is always fantastic to work with, the software has become truly invaluable to us, and the level of support they provide is absolutely exceptional.

Pros

I really appreciated how intuitive and user‑friendly the software is. It’s designed in a way that makes even complex tasks feel simple, and the clean interface makes navigation effortless. The performance is fast and reliable, and the features work seamlessly together, which really boosts productivity. Overall, it feels thoughtfully built and genuinely helpful in day‑to‑day use.

Cons

I’d love to see the databases connect more seamlessly and the interface move toward a more streamlined, browser‑based experience rather than relying so heavily on application-based navigation.

Our business is run by family—my brother, uncle, cousin, and me—and we’re focused on growing the right way. Omni~View gives us confidence that we can scale without things breaking. Dispatch used to take up most of my day. With Omni~View, I’m saving upwards of three hours a day, which is massive. Everything is more organized, clearer, and easier to manage. Beyond the product, the Omni~View team consistently shows up for us. They support our business and clearly invest back into the industry, which matters to us as a family-owned operation.

Pros

Before Omni~View, I was working nights and weekends just trying to keep up. Now, most days I can leave mid-afternoon because the system has given me so much time back. I manage everything in one place—inventory, quotes, orders, dispatch, and billing—and I no longer deal with paper copies because invoices and paperwork are easy to find in the system. The reporting engine makes it simple to pull exactly what I need without digging. What really sets Omni~View apart is the people behind it. They know my business, they know me, and they’re genuinely invested in my success—both professionally and personally. It feels like a partnership, not just software.

Cons

I can not say there is much I do not like. Omni View is always open to suggestions to improvement or to make a task quicker.
