We would recommend this product to anyone as we've looked at other products but no other products provide the full solution from booking online to dispatch and everything syncs. Pros Customer support is great. With the rapidly growing team, they have figured out how to keep their team trained pretty good. Cons Not really sure....I LOVE THE PRODUCT!! One thing, we could use some more direct integrations between Boxed Up and Omni-View. Oni doesn't just care about the office staff, they make sure the customer can book on their time, and the driver does not have to use some random calendars and email details and pictures to the office only for the office to get it confused with another order and mix it up.
