YourCX significantly improved how we work on B2B e-commerce conversion. Before, our data was fragmented and hard to translate into product decisions. Now we have a consistent view of the funnel and clear guidance on what to fix first.

Pros

YourCX gave us a single, clear view of the end-to-end purchase journey - from product listing pages to product detail pages, cart, and checkout. The analytics and dashboards help us identify where users drop off and why (missing information, unclear steps, unnecessary complexity), which speeds up prioritization and delivery of UX fixes. Reporting is straightforward and easy to present to stakeholders across product, marketing, and sales. Customer support is fast, hands-on, and focused on practical recommendations.

Cons

Panel could look more modern, some parts feel slightly outdated visually (though honestly that “retro” style is coming back), but it doesn’t affect the product’s usefulness or results.

My overall experience with YourCX has been positive and it has quickly become a trusted component of our feedback strategy. The platform makes it incredibly easy to capture the voice of the customer at critical touchpoints whether it is a quick website intercept or a detailed survey following a product use. Beyond the technology the quality of customer support has been refreshing because they act more like partners than traditional vendors providing prompt and helpful guidance whenever we want to optimize our research methodology.

Pros

The most important aspect of YourCX is the balance it strikes between analytical power and an interface. As someone coming from a background in complex data intelligence I appreciate how the platform removes the friction typically associated with launching research. The onboarding process was fast allowing us to deploy website surveys and product feedback loops almost immediately without needing significant help from our technical teams. The AI capabilities are a true helpful feature because they handle the heavy lifting of processing thousands of open-ended responses by automatically identifying trends and sentiment. This saves our team countless hours and allows us to focus on the strategic implications of the feedback rather than getting lost in manual data cleaning.

Cons

While the platform is great at the core use cases of customer experience and product research there are moments where more highly specialized visualization options would be a great addition for very complex data sets. However the team is clearly committed to constant improvement and any small gaps in the standard reporting features are usually addressed through their support. It is not so much a flaw as it is a desire to see even more of their innovative AI-driven features expanded into every corner of the dashboard. Given the speed at which they iterate I expect these minor wishlist items will be addressed in future updates as the platform continues to evolve alongside the needs of CX managers.

YourCX helps solve key e-commerce problems related to low conversion rates and a lack of knowledge about real customer experiences. Thanks to satisfaction surveys and analytics, we can quickly identify purchasing barriers, optimize shopping cart and checkout processes, and improve communication with customers. As a result, the stores we work with see higher sales and better NPS and CSAT scores. An additional advantage is quick implementation, flat-rate billing, and full GDPR compliance, which eliminates legal barriers. Beyond the platform itself, the support team is highly proactive in helping us interpret the data.

Pros

What I value most about YourCX is that they provide real insights that help increase conversion in e-commerce. The platform is extensive, the reports are clear, and the flat-rate billing model makes it very cost-effective. In addition, the company ensures full GDPR compliance, which is an exception in enterprise tools, so I can analyze customer data without any concerns.

Cons

If I had to point out something that could be improved, it would be that the platform's interface could be more modern and visually appealing. However, in practice, this is not very important, because the most important things are functionality and data quality, and these are of the highest standard.
