SalesPulse makes it easier to stay organized with prospects. It keeps my pipeline organized. Very helpful for managing client communication.

Pros

Having everything in one place, way easier than jumping back and forth through tools and systems. It’s also super easy to use, I was able to actually get to business without dealing with all the admin stuff first.

Cons

No complaints actually, I’ve never had an easier time keeping up with everything. SalesPulse practically gave me my home life back.

Pros

As someone who runs a high-volume life insurance call center, I’ve tested just about every CRM out there — GoHighLevel, custom Salesforce setups, and other all-in-one platforms. Most of them are generic. You spend more time configuring pipelines, automations, and phone integrations than actually selling. SalesPulse is different. It’s clearly built for how life insurance agents actually operate — fast lead contact, clear pipeline movement, call tracking, follow-up automation, and visibility from lead all the way to issued policy. What stood out to me: • Built-in calling and SMS without having to piece together outside tools • Insurance-specific pipeline stages • KPI reporting that actually reflects real insurance metrics • Designed for both solo agents and high-volume call centers The biggest win for us was speed. We didn’t have to reinvent workflows. Agents could plug in and sell immediately. If you’re running final expense, telesales, or live transfers, this platform feels like it was built by people who understand insurance sales — not just generic SaaS developers.
