For a construction business, logistics are a huge part of keeping projects on schedule, and Trailflow helps us manage that much more efficiently. We use it for fleet management, scheduling heavy equipment to different job sites, coordinating material deliveries, and tracking equipment and tools movement across multiple locations. The value for money has been excellent because it saves time, improves organization, and helps reduce mistakes in the field. The software is easy to use, performs well, and gives us better visibility into our daily operations. I have not experienced any major bugs or issues, and the tracking and scheduling features have been very helpful for managing deliveries and equipment. Trailflow is a strong tool not only for construction fleet management, but also for logistics, delivery coordination, and companies that need better control over where their equipment, materials, and resources are going. Pros What I like most about Trailflow is how well it helps manage logistics for my construction business. I use it to schedule heavy equipment across different job sites, coordinate multiple material deliveries, and track what is moving where. The software makes it much easier to stay organized, avoid confusion between crews and sites, and keep projects running smoothly. It is easy to use, fast, and gives us a better way to manage fleet operations and job site logistics in one place. Cons The only thing I would like to see added is public API access so we can connect Trailflow with the other software we use to run our business. That would make it even better.
