The system was efficient, responsive, and stable, which made day-to-day work smooth. The features were well thought out, addressing real needs rather than adding unnecessary complexity, and they integrated well together. Pros What I liked most about GreenWork was the customization and tech support — having solutions tailored to real needs and knowing there was always strong technical support available made the work efficient, reassuring, and impactful. Cons Honestly, there wasn’t much to dislike. If anything, I’d say that the fast pace and ambition of the projects could sometimes be a bit challenging — but in a good way. It pushed learning and growth, and ultimately made the experience more rewarding rather than negative. Alternatives considered [Zoho CRM](https://www.capterra.com/p/155928/Zoho-CRM/) Reasons for choosing GreenWork I chose GreenWork over alternative products because it was better tailored to our needs. The level of customization, flexibility, and support made it a much better fit for our workflows compared to more generic solutions. It felt designed to adapt to us, rather than forcing us to adapt to the product. Pros I like that GreenWork is straightforward, our team which comprised of people with different levels of comfort with ERP's is able to use it across the board. I also really appreciate the adaptability to our needs that is possible within the system. Cons There are still bugs to work out, but in the grand scheme of things the system is doing what we need it to.
