I’m especially looking forward to exploring the customizable dashboards, automated workflows, and white-label branding options to see how they can streamline my operations and improve client communication. From project tracking to billing and collaboration, AgencyPro seems designed to simplify agency work and enhance productivity—can’t wait to dive in and start using everything it offers.

Pros

I’m excited to try all of the features in AgencyPro. The platform’s unified client portal looks like a powerful way to manage messaging, projects, proposals, contracts, invoices, and files all in one place.

Cons

The onboarding process does not provide a clear, comprehensive overview of all the platform’s capabilities. While the initial setup is straightforward, it leaves many features unexplained or buried in the interface, making it difficult to understand the full scope of what’s available. As a result, I’ve had to explore and test the system on my own to discover how different tools and settings work together. A more guided walkthrough or feature map during onboarding would make it much easier for new users to quickly grasp

I use AgencyPro daily to manage my marketing consultancy. Before this, I struggled to maintain a professional billing cycle with trusted clients. AgencyPro has centralized not just my invoicing, but also Project Collaboration and Task Management. The implementation was straightforward. I can now track time spent on specific consulting tasks using the Time Tracking feature and generate reports to show value to my clients. The task boards are flexible enough to support an Agile workflow, allowing me to adapt quickly to client changes. It serves as a comprehensive "Operating System" for my business, covering everything from Calendar and Scheduling to final reporting. Despite some minor growing pains, it is a high-value tool that has elevated my professional image.

Pros

The White-label client portal is the absolute winner for me. As a marketing consultant, presentation is everything. Being able to offer a branded portal where clients can view tasks, approve proposals, and pay invoices builds immense trust. It solved my biggest pain point: lacking a reliable, professional billing system. The transition from manual invoicing to this streamlined process was smooth, and the Customer Support (backed by the Agiled team) has been responsive and helpful during setup.

Cons

While the feature set is extensive, the UI can occasionally feel a bit overwhelming due to the sheer number of options. There are minor Bugs and Issues typical of newer software, specifically in the UI responsiveness on certain screens. Also, while Integration with major payment gateways is good, I would like to see deeper integrations with more niche project management tools in the future.

To date, great tool with excellent and fast customer support. Our initial questions were answered clearly and in a timely fashion.

Pros

It's a turn-key solution that had direct cost and time savings impact on our work processes, and it was an easy learning curve to launch.

Cons

We are big into video integration, so possibly adding greater capabilities to integrate video and some of the large video platforms into our specific workspace.
