Buena disposición para aclarar dudas y muy proactivos en buscar mejoras para mi negocio. Entregan respuestas inmediatas para cada problema que presento.

Cons

A veces mucha información que no calza con el perfil de mi negocio el cual es de salud. Quizás tienen herramientas para ecommerce pero no calzan con lo mio. De todos modos es lo mínimo porque los embudos están muy bien pulidos.

Pretty solid startup, resolves the common problem that every dentist/owner has when their eneterprise starts escalating

It actually works fine, it is way easier to schedule dentist appointments through vambe, as well with meta ads

Cons

Sometimes it has some errors that could lead into akward moments, however, i can not say that are mistakes that affect in a greater matter.

Las facilidades que tiene para recordatorios, notas, y ser mas eficiente, a parte de que le puedo poner personalidad y es como que estuvieran hablando con un humano, los clientes se sienten comodos

Muy buena atención personalizada, siempre están dispuestos ayudar para resolver dudas e innovación continua.

Que aún siento que no funciona bien la integración con agenda pro. Agenda bien, pero el seguimiento de confirmaciones no es bueno, me gustaría que efectivamente preguntara a las clientas si vienen a la cita, si es que vienen que marque como confirmada la hora y si no confirma que cancele la Hora para liberar el cupo en agenda pro.

El soporte para las configuraciones podría ser mejor. Si bien la plataforma es intuitiva, el contar con un soporte que nos ayude a implementar las funcionalidades de la plataforma que nos agregue valor, sería un gran acierto.

Hemos tenido una muy buena experiencia trabajando con Vambe y su equipo de soporte y acompañamiento. Lo que más nos gusta es que en el tiempo que la hemos usado, no se ha quedado estancada, sino que ha ido mejorando e incorporando funcionalidades que apoyan cada vez más nuestra gestión.

Pros

Facilita la gestión de nuestros prospectos para agendar demostraciones de nuestro ERP Switch. Es como si nuestros prospectos hablaran con un humano real, agendando en los calendarios de nuestros agentes sin necesidad de intervención directa de nuestro equipo de ventas.

Cons

Llevamos más de un año con la herramienta. Al inicio tuvimos algunos tropiezos con educar a la IA, pero hay que considerar que la herramienta Vambe estaba muy en sus inicios. A estas alturas ha evolucionado mucho su funcionamiento y lo que ofrece.

Buena experiencia. El equipo postventa un 7, nada que decir, siempre solícitos para apoyarte. Es una empresa a la que le tengo mucha fe y espero sigamos trabajando juntos.

Pros

La plataforma es bastante sencilla si no tienes que hacer nada muy profesional. Cuenta con varios modelos de IA. A mi parecer, incluir Claude fue un acierto total.

Cons

Algunas veces presenta intermitencias, el asistente demora más de lo debido, pero no es un problema recurrente. En caso de cualquier cosa, los ingenieros te ayudan rápido.

Ha sido un apoyo fundamental para mejorar los tiempos de respuesta de nuestro negocio y manejar de manera eficiente nuestro alto trafico de leads.

Los errores de la IA son mínimos y en caso de haberlos se solucionan rápidamente ajustando prompts, el área de customer experience funciona de manera muy eficaz, nuestra ejecutiva fue Javiera Escobar dio respuesta a nuestras inquietudes en tiempo récord. Habla muy bien de la empresa la calidad de sus colaboradores.

Cons

Como mencionamos en las reuniones puede mejorar el sistema de aviso de cobros excedentes y a veces la IA tiene problemas para adjuntar una URL. (alucina y cambia el link).

Lento en solucionar problemas, pero se solucionan. Tienen un servicio al cliente activo que siempre esta dispuesto a ayudar

Completamente satisfactoria, más de lo esperado. Además cuenta con un equipo muy capacitado, dispuesto siempre a orientarte y ayudarte

Pros

ha simplificado enormemente las tareas basicas de atencion al cliente, generando respuestas más rápidas y eficaces. Además hemos logrado cerrar más clientes

Cons

Pocas veces se ha como "perdido" ciertas configuraciones, pero son errores momentáneos, que la mayoría de las veces se autoresuelven.
