Our marketing plans are moving forward as a result of all our projects and nested portfolios. We even plan our meeting agendas in Atoms. Maintenance, HR, and Volunteer Services are all now onboarded into Atoms as well, enabling automation and less manual work for those teams Our donation revenue has grown increasingly over the last few years and Atoms has played a big role in that through powering our productivity. The integration with Zapier enables us to create even more complex workflows across our tech stack while still enabling our staff to remain in one platform. Pros I love being able to build quick project plans from templates and assign my teammates so everyone knows what they're responsible for. Celebrations in Atoms make you excited to check things off and keep pushing for the finish line. Rules help automate the project management so I can spend more time finishing tasks and less time managing the project settings. The addition of AI logic within rules has supercharged our projects and workflows and enabled automated features that were previously manual saving our staff a considerable amount of time. The rollout of Work Week so tasks don't assign on the weekends have been great. Atoms is constantly improving, not staying stagnant, and listening to it's user base. Atoms Academy and recent certifications have made onboarding new staff a breeze and those badges look great on LinkedIn :) When we create a task, a project, a rule in Atoms, it's high speed, we don't have to worry about frequent outages like other tools. And when there was a recent outage of another outside tool that impacted Atoms, the Atoms app works on a computer without a wifi signal, so we could all keep working and when it was reconnected, boom, we were all set. Cons We moved to an Enterprise plan a couple of years ago and not long after, they added another Enterprise plan and some of the items we'd joined for moved up into that higher bracket. I wish there was more availability in our legacy Enterprise plan for some security settings and app settings. As a result, our decision-making cycle has become much faster, and we are able to release new updates to the market in much less time. Essentially, this has not only saved us time, but also paved the way for us to create a data-driven product. Pros Although it is highly advanced in terms of technology, in some cases, direct human intervention is still required. The system sometimes has limitations, particularly when it comes to very complex or highly unique customisations. The platform's onboarding process and learning curve may seem a bit time-consuming, especially for those used to working with a traditional development team. Furthermore, automation does not always produce accurate results for edge cases, so the output sometimes needs to be checked. Compared to a traditional team, the lack of direct communication here sometimes has a bit of an impact on the pace of work. Cons We've had a very positive experience using Atoms AI for our marketing tech platform. The most positive aspect is their automated 'build-measure-learn' loop.
