DynamicDocs has materially improved the speed and reliability of our monthly reporting cycle. It reduces manual formatting, helps maintain brand consistency, and allows us to produce updates with new data. The support team is responsive and practical. Overall it has improved our reporting.

Pros

DynamicDocs makes it easy to generate professional PDFs directly from Excel with consistent formatting every time. The output quality is excellent, and it handles charts, tables, and layout requirements with ease.

Cons

There is a learning curve when setting up templates as they are written in LaTeX, however the ADVICEment team handles their creation and maintenance. Once it’s set up properly it runs smoothly, but initial template creation can take some time.

Pros

As a small hospitality business owner, DynamicDocs Excel Add-in has been a game-changer for invoicing and monthly statements. The Excel Add-in is simple to use and produces clean, professional PDFs that look consistent every time. I like that I can update figures in Excel and regenerate an invoice or statement in seconds without fiddling with formatting.

Cons

The initial setup of a custom template took a bit of guidance to get exactly right, and I would love a few more ready-made invoice/statement templates tailored for small businesses. Once everything is set up, though, it runs smoothly.

It is easy to update, amend, and manage, allowing for seamless ongoing maintenance. This capability has enabled us to automate our fund factsheet process across 50 clients and produce approximately 120 fund factsheets in under an hour, representing a significant improvement in productivity and operational efficiency.

Cons

The system empowers users to generate client documents efficiently using Excel-based data, delivering a highly time-effective and value-for-money solution. It is easy to update, amend, and manage, allowing for seamless ongoing maintenance. The system is a great tool for my process and i have no adverse or improvements to suggest since i helped me to automate and empower me and team thus far. We are from the old way of doing things manually and this system really empowered and opened our eyes to the new world of automation.

This has significantly improved our academic reporting process. We can produce large batches of student mark reports efficiently, with a consistent look and clear presentation. It reduces admin time, improves accuracy, and makes it easier to re-run reports when marks are updated. Support has been excellent and responsive, which helped us get the templates right and keep the process smooth during busy assessment periods.

DynamicDocs Excel Add-in makes it simple to turn Excel mark schedules into professional, consistent PDF reports for students. Once the template is set up, generating reports is quick and repeatable, with no manual formatting and fewer errors. The ability to maintain a standard layout across faculties/modules is a big plus, and it handles tables and structured data very well.

Pros

DynamicDocs Excel Add-in is very easy to use, produces polished professional PDFs directly from Excel, and makes it simple to keep documents consistently on-brand. I also like how fast and reliable it is with minimal manual formatting effort. It saved us a lot of time.

Cons

Would be helpful to have more out-of-the-box templates for additional document types. However their team did help me when I reached out.

Overall, our experience has been very positive. The add-in is user-friendly, and the support provided is excellent, particularly when we need assistance with new requirements or changes.

Pros

The functionality is reliable and easy to use, and it integrates well with our existing processes. It has helped improve efficiency by streamlining our document conversion process. It also offers good cost value relative to the benefits it provides. The ability to feed data in real time is a major advantage, as it allows us to quickly generate and update factsheets instantly when information changes.

Cons

Possibly on our side we could explore ways to further integrate our data feeds directly into the tool. However, at this stage, there is nothing significant to highlight.

Overall, the DynamicDocs add-in is a pleasure to work on, and I cannot think of any other method when producing the factsheets.

Pros

It makes the process of creating our factsheets seamless and uncomplicated. when updates are required, the process by Advicement is quick and efficient.

Cons

When you have multiple templates, the key code needs to be updated as well as the save to option. It would be nice if each template ran independently.

What i love most about this is the support we get from the team. They are very helpful at all the time

Easy to work with. what I love mostly about is the fact that you can choose what you want to generate at that time or generate everything at once.

Cons

At times the docs don't come out. Not able to change headings. It will be better if you can change headings and spaces.
