Today, my daily routine is fully digital. BRAINR increased visibility, reduced waste, ensured compliance, and simplified integration between production, purchasing, and finance.

Pros

The dynamic control over production orders and raw material consumption is very valuable. We can track everything in real time, and ensure animal welfare monitoring from arrival to slaughter. Integration with purchasing and ERP systems also streamlines invoicing and planning.

Cons

The shift from manual control to a fully integrated digital system required unlearning some of our previous work methods.

BRAINR is now part of the house. It strengthened compliance, simplified audits, improved efficiency, and reduced operational waste.

Pros

The biggest advantage was achieving total traceability in real time and managing everything from live bird reception to final dispatch within one system. It significantly optimized production monitoring and reduced waste.

Cons

Implementing a single unified system required teams to abandon paper and Excel-based habits. Cultural change is always the hardest part.

We looked at several meat software alternatives: CSB and Cat2. We decided to select BRAINR because the alternatives seemed too complex for our teams. Many of our employees have not even finish basic education and BRAINR looked simple, a tool that our employees would understand.

Overall, our experience has been very positive. BRAINR helped us professionalize our operation and bring discipline to our processes. We reduced waste, improved yield control and gained confidence in our numbers. Today when I look at a production report, I trust the data. The team behind BRAINR understands industrial reality. They speak our language. For me, this is not only a software provider, but a long-term partner for our operations.

Pros

What I like most about BRAINR is the visibility we now have in our factory. Before, many decisions were based on Excel files and manual reports. Now we see everything in real time, from production yields to waste and operator performance. The system is very focused on food industry, which makes a big difference. It understands catchweight, traceability, batches, all the complexity we have in meat production. It is not a generic software adapted to us. It feels built for our reality. Also, the mobile application on the shop floor is very practical. Operators adapted faster than I expected. And integration with our ERP was smoother than we thought.

Cons

In the beginning, the implementation requires strong involvement from our internal team. It is not a plug and play solution. You need to review processes, clean master data and align teams. For some supervisors, the change from paper to digital was not easy at first. There was some resistance. But this is more about change management than the software itself. Also, because the platform is very configurable, sometimes you need clear decisions internally to avoid overcomplicating things.
