Overall, our experience with Build Concierge has been very positive. The platform has helped us automate key processes, reduce manual administration, and improve the speed and consistency of our job logging. This has enabled our team to work more efficiently, allowing them to achieve more in their roles without reducing headcount, while also helping to ease administrative pressure and improve overall wellbeing. The team have been responsive, knowledgeable and easy to work with, taking on board our feedback and supporting us throughout the implementation process. While there are still areas of the platform that are evolving, we're excited to see how it develops and believe it has the potential to become a leading AI solution for service businesses.

Pros

The team behind Build Concierge have been excellent throughout. They've been on hand to help us build and refine our workflows, quickly answering questions and providing support whenever we've needed it. Their collaborative approach has made implementation straightforward and ensured the platform works around our business rather than the other way around.

Cons

As it's still a relatively new platform, some features are still evolving and it can take time for the roadmap to catch up with new ideas and requirements. Workflow creation is also more manual than we'd like, often relying on either our team or the Build Concierge team to build and configure workflows. We'd like to see a more conversational, AI-driven approach that allows users to describe what they want in plain English and have workflows created automatically. That would make the platform even faster and easier to use.

From the word go, the team have been incredibly supportive and willing to adapt to meet our needs. They take on board all ideas and feedback.

Pros

Without doubt it’s the empowerment. We are not relying on developers, coders or other third parties to build the process workflows. We are able to fully automate manual tasks. When we win new contracts, we have one or two internal meetings and one of the IT team works his magic with Build Concierge. The workflows alone are worth 10x the investment. We have grown our business by 35% since adopting this system without increasing the back office staff to do the admin.

Cons

The fact that we still have to employ humans is a disappointment. I was hoping this product would allow us to remove the human race from planet earth and solve the climate crisis.
