With this software, you need not be dependent on vendor to configure the system. Generally HRMS comes with baggage of managing the vendor but this does awesome job. Our employees love it. Pre-built Analytics and dashboards are icing on the cake. HRMS puts you under pressure when your employee strength grows but this one is very light on pocket. This HRMS grows with your growth without hidden cost. It has Enterprise-Level Features at a Startup Price. Pros Ease of Use, Value for money. Employee friendly, All the Payroll Compliance. Highly scalable, Great Analytics. I just loved the product. Cons They should have 24x7 customer support. Faced issue while making payment, though software was working. The issue was later on sorted. Its predictive analysis is very advanced and insightful. It has badge management system which has gamified the entire system.
