I’ve brought XY.AI with me to several companies now, and the team always delivers. Most recently, their automated portal payments have been a game-changer for our internal efficiencies.

Pros

XY.AI is doing some truly innovative work in the AI space. They’ve been incredibly easy to collaborate with as we build out agentic solutions for our payment processing.

Cons

The overall process has been great. My only real piece of feedback is that I'd love to see a more streamlined training path—specifically, the ability to record an experience once and feed it directly to the agent without having to break up the files. It’s definitely improving, though!

incredibly positive. impressive technology with a great team building and supporting it. We plan to continue working with them for more great outcomes.

Pros

The technology works as advertised and is helping our business get more efficient to focus on more relevant human tasks. But the real hook here is the people. The team at XY helped us get our heads around the topics and technology involved, helped us understand the process of training and implementation, helped our teams absorb the change and on and on. The people at XY make the implementation of new and powerful technologies easier and, in the end, way more effective.

Cons

nothing. we've been incredibly successful working with them and are planning more work now. I really don't have a criticism.
