The platform is reliable and it does the work without unnecessary complexity. The support team is excellent, they respond quickly and genuinely care about solving any issues that come up. Overall, a very good experience. Pros It’s easy to use. The learning curve is very flat compared to other LCA software I've tried in the past. The "Impact Badge" is a nice touch for our website. Cons Some Emission Factors need revision, but support told me that there an EF refining feature that just went live. What used to take us weeks with consultants now takes a few minutes. I also like that you can drill into each emission factor and see exactly where it comes from. It's very detailed. Impressive! Cons The learning curve at the beginning took me a couple of analyses to get comfortable. Would be nice to have more onboarding tutorials or a guided first analysis. Breaking down every datapoint and emissions factors sources  is very clear visually and auditable. you can see where the numbers come from. Cons Mobile view is a bit clunky, definitely a desktop-first tool. Also, the notification system could be improved.
