Für uns bei der MK Kögel GmbH war es ein absolut logischer und richtiger Schritt. Wer technische oder beratungsintensive Lösungen verkauft und skalieren will – ohne direkt das Risiko einzugehen, fünf neue Vertriebsmitarbeiter einzustellen –, macht hier nichts falsch. Ein sehr handfestes Werkzeug für die Praxis.

Pros

Was mich im Alltag am meisten überzeugt: Man braucht bei uns kein IT-Studium, um das System zu bedienen. Wir haben Amplifa integriert, um unser Team aus der administrativen Hölle zu befreien, und genau das ist passiert. Die hyper-personalisierten E-Mails, die das Tool generiert, sind erschreckend gut formuliert – wir mussten zu Beginn teilweise selbst zweimal hinschauen, ob das nun ein Kollege geschrieben hat oder die KI. Dadurch haben sich unsere Antwortraten bei der Kaltansprache im Vergleich zu unserem alten, sehr manuellen Prozess mehr als verdoppelt. Auch der Support verdient ein Lob: direkter Kontakt, schnelle Antworten und tiefes Verständnis für den DACH-Markt.

Cons

Die Reporting- und Analytics-Ansichten sind absolut solide für den Alltag. Für die nächste Vorstandssitzung würde ich mir allerdings noch ein paar mehr Customizing-Möglichkeiten wünschen, um bestimmte KPIs direkt exportieren zu können, ohne sie vorher noch in Excel aufbereiten zu müssen.

Insgesamt ein sehr nützliches Werkzeug, das unseren Vertriebsprozess transparenter gemacht hat. Kein reiner KI-Hype, sondern echter Nutzen im Alltag, sobald die erste Eingewöhnungsphase überstanden ist.

Pros

Was bei Amplifa wirklich heraussticht, ist die Unterstützung beim Onboarding neuer Vertriebskollegen und beim Coaching. Die Analysen aus den Calls helfen uns enorm, schnell zu erkennen, wo wir im Verkaufsgespräch nochmal ansetzen müssen oder wo Wissen fehlt. Das Interface ist erfreulich aufgeräumt – man wird nicht mit Funktionen erschlagen, sondern findet sich auch als Nicht-ITler schnell zurecht. Die Spracherkennung funktioniert auch bei Fachbegriffen erstaunlich präzise.

Cons

Die mobile Ansicht könnte definitiv noch ein Update vertragen. Wenn man nach einem Vor-Ort-Termin beim Kunden schnell vom Auto aus am Handy ein paar Insights checken oder ergänzen will, ist das Layout manchmal etwas unübersichtlich. Außerdem wünsche ich mir für die Zukunft noch etwas flexiblere Anpassungsmöglichkeiten bei den Dashboards für das Management.

Wer im B2B-Umfeld im DACH Raum unterwegs ist und das Gefühl hat, auf der Stelle zu treten, sollte sich Amplifa definitiv ansehen. Der ROI hat sich bei uns schon nach wenigen abgeschlossenen Deals im zweiten Monat gerechnet. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Pros

Wir nutzen Amplifa jetzt seit gut vier Monaten für unser Software-Unternehmen. Das Dashboard ist super intuitiv und man findet sich sofort zurecht, ohne erst ein Handbuch wälzen zu müssen. Besonders stark finde ich die "Intent Signals". Wir sehen genau, welche Unternehmen gerade auf der Suche nach Lösungen wie unserer sind. Dadurch ist das Timing bei der Ansprache fast immer perfekt. Cool ist auch, dass wir jetzt nicht mehr separate Abos für einen Mail-Finder, ein Sequencing-Tool und Data Enrichment brauchen – das ist jetzt alles in einer Plattform. Der deutschsprachige Support ist zudem mega schnell und hilfsbereit.

Cons

Der Preis ist für ein kleineres Startup vielleicht erst einmal eine Hürde, also man muss schon ein bisschen Budget in die Hand nehmen. Zudem könnten die automatischen PDF-Reports für das Management noch ein wenig flexibler anpassbar sein, was das Design angeht.
