Overall I like it because its engines make pretty good videos, although many times even the best engines mess up and make many mistakes, and I've already pointed this out to them: they should monitor the engines more when they mess up. My experience is still good because I like their app, but it should be improved in some ways, such as when you write a prompt manually and the typing is very slow. Pros Pollo AI has an Italian interface, and the videos now come out with Italian audio. I use it mostly to make videos, even though they are short and not every day. It has many engines to choose from and plenty of options in the interface: you can make text-to-video, image-to-video, create images, and use many other options that I haven't had the chance to try yet Cons What I don't like about Pollo AI, which I've already mentioned and they've never changed, is how the credit display is too hidden. You have to go to your package at the top, click on it to see consumed credits, but to see your actual balance you have to click on the small 'i' inside a circle—if a user doesn't know, they'll never find it. I asked Pollo to make this more transparent and I don't like this, they should put the credits right when you open the app, next to your name or account circle. Also, I don't like the fact that many times, if you write a prompt, the system excessively misinterprets it and blocks me, as if I wanted to do goodness knows what, when mine are just funny videos.
