Pros Quick response to problem and after appealing to them they credited me the lost credits I paid for. But they really helped and sorted it out for me. Very impressed. Cons It does not get the prompts right all time 800 credits for 90 second video. Wanted Red MG car got gray car then turned red at end. I gave it a picture of a puffin bird, ended penguin. The agents prompts were written all over the 90 seconds video so rendered it useless and much money waisted in one go.
