I've been a GoThru user for over 10 years and always blown away by its continued development, its features are easy to use and highly customisable ensuring that the virtual tours produced are both creator and user friendly.

Pros

The greatest asset to GoThru is its team, as 360 content creators themselves, they know what photographers are looking for and how to make the build process as efficient as possible. They're always evolving the platform ensuring that the GoThru experience can offer innovative features for the tour creators and the end user. The support is fantastic with questions responded too in a timely fashion.

Cons

There isn't really anything that springs to mind that I fault the GoThru platform on or consider what I like least.

I see GoThru continuing to be the best. They offer great value and they have all the right resources to deliver to my clients.

Pros

It has been a great platform for helping provide a quality immersive virtual tours to businesses for Google Maps and highly customisable hosted tours for clients. I am also very grateful for their support as I have felt confident learning the platform over the years with their guidance and help if needed.

Cons

Nothing I dislike about it. They have updated their website look recently and I often used the old one as it was more familiar, however the new version is definitely faster and more efficient.

After 10 years with GoThru, we can confidently say it's the best platform out there for 360-degree photography professionals. Reliable tools, constant innovation, and a support team that truly cares — GoThru has earned our loyalty and our recommendation.

Pros

Our company, panotour.com, has evaluated countless options over the years. Once we found GoThru 10 years ago, we never found another provider that matches our philosophy. GoThru understands the needs of a 360-degree photography business like no other. The customer support is world-class, the platform offers most of what we need, and it is constantly improving.

Cons

With such a feature-rich platform, there can be a small learning curve for new team members getting up to speed. That said, the excellent customer support more than makes up for it, and once you're familiar with the tools, everything runs smoothly.

La experiencia es muy positiva. Y confío que va a seguir así. EN el pasado trabajé con esta plataforma y no tuve ningún problema. Ahora puedo decir que el soporte es francamente bueno.

Pros

El soporte técnico es fabuloso, un domingo y he estado comunicándome con rapidez y sin ningún problema.

Cons

De momento no he encontrado nada para quejarme. El sistema funciona bien, quizás no es el más intuitivo para enlazar, pero nada que no se pueda solventar. Es acostumbrarse a esta forma de trabajar.

GoThru is the pro choice for 360° tours. It lets you link panoramas, fix horizons, and publish seamlessly to Google Street View. It’s a powerful, scalable tool for virtual tour creators.

Pros

This my #1 tool for my production. Its a complete solutionand has great support and always improving the tools.

Cons

The storage caculation is not always accurate :) other than that i'm a big user and have an agency plan with 500gb included and another 500 GB addon

I found the user interface to be intuitive and the features are easy to scale. It is definitely an easy to use platform.

I have over 100M views on my published 360 images to Google. I could not have done it without GoThru. Their support is super responsive, the interface is MUCH easier to use than other 360 moderator/editors. I have used many. I highly recommend this product.

Pros

Easy to use moderator/editor. Excellent support. Any time I submit a support request my questions are always answered thoroughly and quickly.

Cons

There is not much I do not like about GoThru. The interface is easy to use and there are a lot of resources to help you understand it.

I’ve been using GoThru since they first launched, and it has been a key part of my virtual tour workflow ever since. As a professional photographer producing a high volume of Google Street View and custom virtual tours, I rely on software that is efficient, reliable, and built for real-world use. GoThru’s AI-powered linking saves a huge amount of time, especially on large or complex spaces, and publishing to Google Street View is smooth and dependable. The platform is clearly designed for professionals and continues to improve with regular updates. Support has been knowledgeable and responsive whenever needed. I’ve trusted GoThru for years and continue to use it for client projects across British Columbia.

Pros

GoThru offers powerful AI-powered linking that saves a significant amount of time, especially on large or complex virtual tours. Publishing to Google Street View is reliable and efficient, making it well suited for professional, high-volume workflows. The platform scales easily for airports, hotels, tourism destinations, and public facilities, and it continues to improve with regular feature updates. Support is knowledgeable and clearly understands real-world virtual tour production.

Cons

Very little. There is a slight learning curve when first getting started, but that comes with the depth and power of the tools. Once familiar with the workflow, the platform is efficient and easy to use, especially for professional virtual tour production.

Pros

GoThru is an excellent platform for publishing virtual tours. It is very easy to use and is continuously updated. The support from the team is equally impressive, as any inquiries are responded to very quickly.

Cons

There really isn't anything to dislike about GoThru, it is simply the best platform for both newcomers and professionals.

For me and my business, I couldn't do without it. The pricing, the technic and the people "behind it" are a key to my success too!

Pros

Creating virtual tours made easy, with all features needed and more. The support is one of a kind. The system is fast and stable without any delays or so. Gothru helps me to keep my promisses to the customer and more with creativity, reliability and inovative power. The features in the Pro-Video-Account are are worth every dime and the Pircing in general leaves a good margin for me and my business.

Cons

I've given it a lot of consideration, but here I need to pass. It is to me the best option in the market, that's all there is to say to it!!!
