My overall experience has only been positive, I love the fact that they could come in and structure a system around exactly what made me comfortable and happy. Im so greatful for this system as it has given me the opportunity to work from where ever i am and be able to keep and eye on everything happening in my business with ease and thats such a breath of fresh air for me!

Pros

I love everything about this programme, and Ive used a few since i found big plus and this system has surpassed all of the previous systems i used for back office as well as pos purposes. The price is fair and really worth every cent.Their customer service is also impeccable because if they cant help you immediately the turn around time of getting back to you is fast and reliable.This is such a user friendly programme and I love the fact that I can work anywhere, thats the biggest plus for me.

Cons

There is actually nothing i dont like about bigplus, because even if something does not work for me, they are so flexible in tailoring solutions to fit my business model, so i have no cons fortunately.

Overall excellent. I have recommended it to friends that need help with their POS systems and products tracking.

Pros

A few are worth metioning: The easy and intuitive interface, the customer support is unmatched and the potential to be used for deeper product reporting and stats are excellent things to have in a POS system

Cons

Not a dislike but something they should work on is having a manual developed for the system so the users can go there and learn more about the system capabilities and functions.

We've had a great experience with BigPlus. The team is super responsive and is always available to help you. Bugs are minimal and fixes are pretty much immediate. You can always get hold of someone. It really feels like they care about your business.

Pros

The software is very intuitive and well built and it's great value for money - especially considering what's on the market. We were really struggling to find a software that facilitated our fulfilment process and they were one of the few available systems that has fulfilment features that can cater for B2B, as well as B2C.

Cons

There's nothing that really stands out. We needed some assistance with training initially, but they were available to get us onboarded and answer our questions about the software.
