We've had a great experience with BigPlus. The team is super responsive and is always available to help you. Bugs are minimal and fixes are pretty much immediate. You can always get hold of someone. It really feels like they care about your business.

Pros

The software is very intuitive and well built and it's great value for money - especially considering what's on the market. We were really struggling to find a software that facilitated our fulfilment process and they were one of the few available systems that has fulfilment features that can cater for B2B, as well as B2C.

Cons

There's nothing that really stands out. We needed some assistance with training initially, but they were available to get us onboarded and answer our questions about the software.
